●高粘度泵使用(yòng)時注意事項Matters needing attention when using high viscosity pump

　　進(jin)、出口管路的管(guan)徑必須和泵保(bǎo)持一緻；The diameters of inlet and outlet piping must be consistent with pump;

　　設計管(guan)路時應盡量減(jian)少彎頭，且彎頭(tóu)角度不宜過小(xiǎo)，進口管❗線不宜(yi)過長，以免影響(xiǎng)自吸。

　　啟動前每(mei)個注油杯都應(yīng)家潤滑油，且保(bǎo)證每天加🚶‍♀️油一(yī)次。

　　泵在工作前(qian)應該點動啟動(dong)電機，觀察轉向(xiang)是否和規定轉(zhuan)向一緻。

　　開機後(hòu)觀察運轉是否(fǒu)正常，如有不正(zhèng)常噪音、特殊振(zhen)動或溫🆚升過高(gao)等情況，應停機(ji)檢查。

　　注意皮帶(dai)松緊是否恰當(dāng)，每半年調整一(yī)次。　

●高粘度泵工(gong)作原理：

　　高粘度(du)泵是容積式内(nèi)齧合齒輪泵，主(zhǔ)動齒輪（外轉子(zǐ)）帶動被動齒輪(lún)（内轉子）旋轉時(shi)，不🤩斷産生封👉閉(bì)的空間，在吸油(yóu)區齒輪逐漸脫(tuo)離齧合而液體(ti)不斷地充滿🏒齒(chi)間👈并被帶到出(chū)油區，齒輪在出(chū)油區🎯進入齧合(he)時液體被排出(chu)。兩個旋轉齒輪(lún)的共同作用，形(xing)成一個穩定的(de)體積排量，沒有(you)脈動。由于泵是(shi)完全😄對稱的，泵(bèng)可以反轉，液流(liú)🔞方向也随之改(gǎi)變。但應注意♈，泵(bèng)的轉向可能受(shou)到密封或泵内(nei)其它結構的限(xiàn)制，用戶有反轉(zhuǎn)要求時應在訂(dìng)貨時做出🌈說明(ming)。　　●NYP高粘度泵的起(qi)動

　　泵在起動過(guo)程中應特别注(zhù)意以下幾個問(wèn)題：

　　起動前要檢(jian)查下列内容：

　　檢(jiǎn)查泵、齒輪箱和(he)電機的對中程(cheng)度；

　　檢查過濾器(qi)中有沒有焊皮(pí)和金屬渣；

　　檢查(cha)各連接部位連(lian)接是否緊固；

　　檢(jian)查管路壓在泵(beng)上的力和力矩(jǔ)是否超過給定(dìng)的數值，如🏃🏻‍♂️果溫(wen)度較高，還應檢(jian)查管路是否有(yǒu)膨脹節；

　　檢查電(dian)氣連接的正确(què)性及電機的額(e)定值，并檢查😍電(dian)機轉動方向是(shi)否正确；

　　檢查泵(beng)的轉動方向是(shi)否正确；

　　如有安(ān)全閥，安全閥安(an)裝必須正确，

　　檢(jian)查泵軸是否轉(zhuan)動靈活；

　　泵的内(nèi)部不能是幹的(de)，特别是需要自(zì)吸的時候，應向(xiàng)泵内🏃🏻‍♂️灌注一些(xie)油或輸送的液(yè)體；

　　泵組裝時在(zài)零件的表面有(yǒu)防護液，如果這(zhe)種液體不能和(hé)泵送液體相容(rong)，則必須清洗；

　　最(zui)好在管路上安(an)裝壓力表和真(zhen)空表，方便觀察(chá)泵的🚩工⛷️作狀态(tài)；

　　檢查機械密封(fēng)箱是否注滿液(yè)體；

　　檢查管路的(de)閥門是否打開(kai)；

　　如果用内燃機(jī)驅動，請在起動(dong)發動機前保持(chi)離合器脫開；

　　泵(beng)起動後，檢查液(ye)體是否進入到(dào)泵中，泵是否工(gōng)作正常，如果長(zhǎng)🧑🏽‍🤝‍🧑🏻時間無液體進(jìn)入泵中，應停機(ji)檢查泵及管路(lù)。

●高粘度齒輪泵(beng)并不能産生壓(ya)力，它隻是輸出(chu)流量。壓力低或(huò)無壓力，說明高(gāo)粘度齒 輪泵沒(méi)有吸入液體或(huo)洩漏嚴重。High viscosity gear pump does not generate pressure, it is only the output flow.Pressure is low or no pressure, high viscosity gear wheel pump don't inhale the liquid or leakage is serious.
